The hotel offers versatile rooms with a huge sofa cum bed for extra comfort, though the pricing is slightly higher compared to other rooms. The service is exceptional, with a flexible and courteous staff who even baked us a fresh cake for our anniversary. The location is convenient, near popular scenic points like Kate's point and Vena lake. The dining options are excellent and varied, especially recommended for vegetarians.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The Maple room I stayed in was very beautiful and spacious, offering every amenity I needed. While it was a bit more expensive than the pool rooms, the king-size bed was incredibly comforting. The service was polite and well-trained, with the staff being efficient and very helpful. The location, despite being near a graveyard, had ample spaces for children to play and offered stunning mountain views. The dining experience was delightful, with a variety of food options to keep me satisfied. Overall, a great value for the money.
